Always. One group at a time, whether or not all six bedrooms are used. There is no owners’ wing.
Household and bath linen, end-of-stay cleaning, the first morning’s breakfast, fibre, air conditioning in all six bedrooms and the welcome in person. Chef, lessons, car, transfers and daily cleaning are extra.
From July to October the house stays open and the rates are the lowest of the year. All the hurricane shutters are on site, the cistern and backup generator cover water and power, and we offer suitable cancellation cover. If a red alert is declared, the stay is postponed at no cost.
Free cancellation up to 60 days before arrival. Between 60 and 45 days, the 30% deposit is retained. Within 45 days the stay is charged in full, unless we agree to a postponement or a hurricane alert is declared.
Children are welcome: travel cots, high chairs and childcare on request. The pool has an alarm but no fence. One dog is considered case by case, with a €150 cleaning supplement.
Yes. The beach is on foot, but the rest of the island needs a car. We have it delivered to the villa on the day you arrive, which saves the airport desk.
